We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, and The Sculptry gift cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
We kindly request you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive past your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to allow for a full treatment time.
Our consultations have a fee of $50, which will be applied to your services on the day of your appointment.
Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you no-show or cancel within 24 hours two or more times in a 12-month period, a deposit will be required for all future bookings. Deposits are 50% of the service price for skin and laser treatments and $100 for injectables. Your deposit is applied to your service when you attend and is forfeited if you miss or cancel the appointment late. After two consecutive completed appointments, standard booking is restored.
Regrettably, all med spa services, products, and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All memberships have a 6-month minimum contract. After the first 6-months, the contract moves to a month-to-month auto-renewal. Cancellations after the first 6 months require a 30-day written notice. Cancellations before the contract period incur the retail price difference of redeemed services.
We value our members and appreciate their commitment to their well-being. As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we allow two options for unused services.
Gift unused services to a new client of The Sculptry.
Roll over unused services to the next month with a maximum of 3 rollovers allowed at any time.
Membership discounts cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions, packages, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
