We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, and The Sculptry gift cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
We kindly request you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive past your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to allow for a full treatment time.
Our consultations have a fee of $50, which will be applied to your services on the day of your appointment.
We understand that occasionally, you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us a fair warning. You will be called and texted 48 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24-hour cancellation notice.
Patients who miss scheduled appointments may be asked to provide a deposit for future bookings to enhance appointment reliability. This will be assessed on an individual basis.
Regrettably, all med spa services, products, and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All memberships have a 6-month minimum contract. After the first 6-months, the contract moves to a month-to-month auto-renewal. Cancellations after the first 6 months require a 30-day written notice. Cancellations before the contract period incur the retail price difference of redeemed services.
We value our members and appreciate their commitment to their well-being. As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we allow two options for unused services.
Gift unused services to a new client of The Sculptry.
Roll over unused services to the next month with a maximum of 3 rollovers allowed at any time.
Membership discounts cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions, packages, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
