About Us

Bethany Verret is a board-certified Physician Assistant with nine years of clinical experience and two years of hands-on expertise in aesthetic injecting. Born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana, she takes great pride in serving the community that shaped her.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University in 2013, followed by her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2017. Her medical background spans occupational medicine, urgent care, and emergency medicine—building a strong, versatile foundation in patient care.

Bethany has always gravitated toward the hands-on side of medicine, and in recent years, that passion naturally evolved into aesthetic medicine. She now specializes in injectables and cosmetic procedures that enhance natural beauty and boost self-confidence. Her care philosophy is rooted in personalized, results-driven treatments that never compromise safety, comfort, or authenticity. She genuinely enjoys getting to know her patients, building trust, and helping them feel like their best selves.

Outside of work, Bethany loves traveling—especially international adventures—trying new foods and beverages, playing sports, and exploring the outdoors. She shares life’s adventures with her husband Drew and their two amazing kids, Graham and Mila. Whether she’s treating patients, traveling the world, or just listening to good music, Bethany brings energy, curiosity, and a warm, welcoming spirit to everything she does.

Fun facts: Bethany loves a good thrill, so much so that she had her second child, Mila, in the front seat of her car on the way to the hospital. (10/10 would recommend not trying this at home.)

As a licensed medical aesthetician and laser specialist, Teri has dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve their beauty goals through non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. With 16 years of aesthetic experience, she has developed a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in industry technology and techniques. Teri takes pride in providing personalized treatment options to address each patient’s skincare needs and concerns. Teri’s expertise lies in a wide range of treatments, including laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, multiple microneedling platforms, advanced chemical peels, anti-aging facials, and more. Teri aims to empower her patients with confidence and self-love by helping them achieve a more radiant and youthful appearance, no matter their age!
Teri resides with her husband, Aaron, and their daughter, Ryann, in Lake Charles. In her free time, she enjoys traveling abroad and visiting theme parks.

Fun Fact: Teri loves roller coasters and is a thrill-ride enthusiast.

Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Paige graduated from Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute Lafayette in Esthiology. While enjoying a thriving career in aesthetics for over ten years, Paige has attended training by some of the best in the industry, ranging from skincare lines to a plethora of different lasers and devices. As a board-certified licensed medical aesthetician and laser specialist, Paige is dedicated to providing high-quality skincare services that promote overall health, wellness, and beauty. With a strong theoretical and practical knowledge foundation, she has honed her skills in various skin treatments, including advanced chemical peels, laser treatments, facials, and more. Paige’s passion for helping individuals achieve their skin goals has led her to work in various settings, including medical spas, dermatology clinics, and private practices. With a deep passion for helping people feel better and lead happier lives, Paige loves coming to work every day, knowing she will make a positive difference. Paige enjoys spending time with her family and being outside during her downtime. She is married to her amazing husband, Cody, and together they have three beautiful children: Sterlyn, Crew, and Cutter. Aside from being with her kids, Paige enjoys listening to live music, especially when her husband sings.

Fun Fact: Paige is left-handed and has been a professional makeup artist for 13 years.

Amber, originally from Victoria, Texas, has lived in Moss Bluff with her family since 1990.  After graduating from Sam Houston High School, she went on to play volleyball for McNeese State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in dietetics.  She returned to McNeese State University a few years later to pursue a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

With over 12 years of experience as a registered nurse in labor and delivery, Amber brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role.  She holds patient care and satisfaction to the highest degree.  Always pursuing excellence, she is dedicated to ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly at The Sculptry.

Outside of her professional life, Amber enjoys playing beach volleyball, a good happy hour or wine tasting, fitness, and traveling, and is slightly obsessed with fantasy football.  She had the incredible opportunity to spend 6 weeks in Nepal teaching English as a second language in a small Sherpa village in the Himalayan Mountains, which she considers one of the coolest things she’s ever done.  Amber is also a proud mother to her daughter, Palmer, and her fur baby, Piper.

As a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Coordinator, Carey is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless interactions with our healthcare and aesthetics team. With more than a decade of experience in the medical field, specializing in dentistry, Carey has developed a unique ability to quickly adapt to new situations, think critically, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate results. She is committed to providing patient-centered care that prioritizes education, respect, and trust. As a Client Care Coordinator, she strives to make every patient’s experience enjoyable and educational.
Outside of work, Carey enjoys traveling to new places, but as a lifelong resident, she has always considered Lake Charles her favorite place. She loves to cook and enjoys hosting her friends and family. Her biggest joys come from her husband, Paul, and two children, Maggie and Max.

Fun Facts: Carey falls asleep within 30 seconds of hitting the pillow, sleeps in one position the entire night, considers cooking her love language, loves 90’s rap, and has never met a stranger.

Alexandra, originally from the Northwest, moved to Lake Charles six years ago and has since embraced that sweet “Southern hospitality” and found a forever home. As a friendly and detail-oriented individual, she’s always been drawn to careers that allow her to have a positive impact on people’s lives. With almost five years of experience in medical aesthetics and years of working in physical therapy before that, Alexandra values patient care, comfort, and experience at the utmost level. Alexandra takes pride in being the first point of contact for anyone who enters The Sculptry because she is passionate about delivering personalized and exceptional customer service. She aims to provide a memorable and individualized experience for everyone who visits The Sculptry. In her downtime, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Atlas, going to concerts with her husband, and is a lover of all things art.

Fun Facts: Alexandra loves ancient history, mythology, and art. Her favorite genre of music is heavy metal.

Mkenzee started her social media career ten years ago while vlogging her adventures on the road with her now husband while he was riding bulls in the PRCA. She has an eye for detail and creativity that instantly captivates an audience. She stays in the know of what is trending and what the world wants to see, and she can apply that to our specific world of medical aesthetics. Mkenzee takes pride in making everyone feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in front of her camera and can help the staff and patients adjust to get that perfect angle. Mkenzee is originally from Northwest Montana, on a small Indian Reservation. She now resides in Ragley, LA, with her husband, Damon, and their three small children: Spradley, Kayce, and Rahlee. When she isn’t creating content and marketing for The Sculptry, she runs her business, Cowgirl Social Club, and leads clients in their health and wellness journey.

Fun Fact: In what little free time she does have, she enjoys reading—specifically Harry Potter.

A Louisiana native, Kristin Higginbotham returned home after spending six years in Texas and discovered her true passion for medical aesthetics. With nearly 4 years of industry experience, she brings warmth, adaptability, and a genuine love of helping others to her role as Clinical Assistant and Client Care Coordinator.

Kristin believes every patient deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Her approach to exceptional care is rooted in integrity, trust, and personalized attention. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, confident in their care, and genuinely supported throughout their experience at The Sculptry.

Drawn to an industry that is constantly advancing, Kristin enjoys continuing to learn, embracing change, and growing alongside the field of medical aesthetics. What inspires her most, however, is the opportunity to meet patients, hear their life stories, and help them feel more confident through every chapter of life.

Outside of work, Kristin loves spending time with her family, friends, and her Boston Terrier, Royce. She is happiest exploring thrift stores and estate sales, especially when a road trip is involved, and she has a lifelong love of fashion and art.

Fun Fact: Kristin once walked in and designed the T-shirt for a local runway fashion show dedicated to organ donation awareness.

Originally from Jennings, Louisiana, Riley moved to Lake Charles in 2019 to pursue her cosmetology license. Her experience in client and guest care began in cosmetology school and continued throughout her career in the beauty industry, giving her a natural foundation for making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.

Riley describes herself as a bit of a unicorn: equally creative and organized. She loves working with her hands and bringing ideas to life, but she is also highly detail-oriented and happiest when she is organizing, solving a problem, or checking something off a to-do list. That combination allows her to bring both personality and careful attention to her role as Client Care Coordinator.

For Riley, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is creating genuine relationships with both patients and coworkers. She believes in going the extra mile, communicating clearly, and helping each visit feel as smooth and welcoming as possible. She also continues to work part-time on one of her favorite creative pursuits, wedding and event makeup.

Outside of work, Riley loves traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband, especially anywhere sunny or near the water. Much of their free time is spent with their church family, and Riley also sings with her church’s worship band.

Fun Fact: Riley’s only pet is a porch goose, and yes, she insists that it counts.
